On March 1 all unpaid taxes are forwarded as "delinquent" to the Macomb County Treasurer for payment, with additional penalties assessed by the Macomb County Treasurer's Department.

Cash, checks, money orders, and debit or credit cards are accepted as payment for taxes. Checks can be dropped in the payment collection drop box located in the rear parking lot of Town Hall, but all other payment methods must be brought to the Treasurer's Window inside Town Hall. 

Paying directly from your savings or checking account is available with no fees. Please choose the 'electronic check' option when selecting your payment method.

Debit and credit card payments incur a 3% fee to cover the transaction fees that credit and debit card companies charge the Township. 

Please have your tax bill handy when going online to pay. Payments must be made before 11:59pm to be posted for the same day, payments made after 12:00am will be posted the next day.
