As we wait for the Governor’s move to phase 5, rest assured the Recreation Center staff is ready to go, once we get the OK to open. All safety precautions and social distancing will be enforced.
In the meantime, remember all our parks are open to the public. Macomb Corners and Waldenburg Parks both have walking trails and playscapes for patrons to enjoy. We also hope to open our newest park, the 26 Mile Road Nature Preserve early in August. This 38-acre park is located on 26 Mile Road, east of Card Road. The property includes a walking path that winds through the natural beauty of the park. We hope you enjoy all the amenities our parks have to offer, but again we request that you social distance while you are there.
