The Denryter Drain Pedestrian Crossing project consists of 32 Feet of 84” Cl IV Concrete Culvert Pipe, two 84” Concrete End Sections, 260 Square Yards of Heavy Riprap, 1,783 Square Feet of Concrete Pathway, 352 Feet of Rustic Rail Fencing, 0.4 Acres of Tree Clearing, and vegetative restoration, in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by the ENGINEER.  Access to the work site will be from Zoe Drive though the Willowood Commons property as indicated in the drawings.  The Contractor shall complete all Work as specified or indicated in the Bidding Documents.  Each proposal will be evaluated and scored based on its price, workplan, staff experience, and schedule. As such, proposal prices will not be read at bid opening.
