Water Aerobics

Combines water and weights for a thorough cross training experience.     


Forever Fit    

Instructor:  Nicole Langlois

A comprehensive senior exercise class that delivers a fun, musically driven, interactive, full body low impact workout. Weight training is also layered in to help build and maintain muscular strength and endurance.     


Cardio Mix 

Instructor:  Stephanie Mayack

A class designed to offer a little bit of everything.  Classes will vary with steps, weights, and other resistance equipment for an overall cardio and muscle conditioning experience.  (No Class 2/20)


Strength & Tone (Seniors) 

Instructor:  Nicole Langlois

A full-body strength and toning workout with light cardio circuits layered in.  This class is designed for active older adults and uses a variety of equipment including weights, resistance bands, and exercise balls.  


Gentle Yoga (Seniors/Beginners) 

Instructor:  Stephanie Shell 

Standing and balancing postures, along with stretches on the mat will be incorporated into this class. Benefits include gaining flexibility, balance, and strength. Learn breath work and find relaxation as we practice!

H.I.I.T combines intervals of cardio and strength training for a full body burn that will blast calories and leave you feeling strong and empowered!  


Yoga (Slow Flow)

A slow to moderate paced flow class with an emphasis on controlled movement, muscle control and breath synchronization. Relax the mind and reduce stress while building strength, endurance, and flexibility.  



Instructor:  Radha Valsadia

Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party.  Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba classes are often called exercise in disguise.

This class focuses on high-intensity movements with restorative stretches, rhythmic breathing, and meditation.  Quick, efficient, and challenging, POUND Unplugged connects mind, body, and sound to create immersive, sensory experiences.    



Instructor:  Sophia Treppa

In this class, you will learn the art of Tai Chi through various slow flow-like movements. We will teach you how to breathe correctly, move to bring your core strength, work on your balance, and relieve stress. It is an excellent practice for everyone, especially those with arthritis and joint pain.   



Instructor:  Devin Blackwell

A full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired moves. Designed for all fitness levels and easy to modify, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, and rocking out!   


Mat Pilates

Instructor:  Melissa Stratton

This class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility.  Each class will work to balance all muscle with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.  Classes will be taught using slow and controlled movements.
